An exquisitely beautiful shawl from our prized collection of hand spun hand woven and hand embroidered pure pashmina ring shawls made in Kashmir by artisans using skills passed down through generations. Hand made from the finest pashmina, too fine to be machine spun, this cashmere shawl features flying swans, richly and meticulously hand embroidered in silk thread. The swans, embroidered in white with blue outlines and yellow beaks vary in size and position, are evenly distributed throughout the shawl and are eye-catching against the background of black cashmere. Each shawl takes many months to embroider and in one corner, sewn in pink thread are the initials of the spinner, the weaver and the embroiderer, all three different artisans.
