The Cucina Toscano features a 3" thick Hard Maple Top, butcher-block style. The cutting surface is completed with the John Boos Cream Finish for cutting and is grooved all around to catch liquids or juices, while the sides have Varnique finish. The two-drawers are dovetailed maple as is the bottom shelf. Removable center shelf is made of Food Service grade Stainless Steel - it can be used as a serving tray. The frame and towel bar are Stainless Steel, and the cart comes equipped with 3" commercial grade locking casters.
