It's easy to select the precise speed needed for a perfect mix. The stand mixer comes with three attachments: a flat beater for making batter, meat loaf, and all textures in-between; a wire whip incorporates the maximum amount of air in whipped mixes for fluffier whipped cream and lighter angel food cakes; and a dough hook mixes and kneads yeast doughs.
