Suggested Usage:-Dip brush into the glitter base bottle and remove excess drops of liquid.-On an angle, insert wet brush into loose color covering one side.-Paint on or fan out starting at the tip of the brush, using short and fast strokes for proper coverage. Re-dip to cover eyelids or change colors.-Tip: Keep eyes half open until product has dried to avoid transfer. It may take 30 to 60 seconds depending on the size of glitter. Use a blow dryer or your hand to fan dry.-After the product has dried, tightness may occur, but lids will loosen after 20 blinks.Precautions:-For those with sensitive skin, perform a spot test on a delicate skin area before eye application.-If product seeps into eye, sponge out with a cotton swab/tissue or flush with water.
