Alexander McQueen 's fringed scarf is patterned with burgundy skulls across navy on one side, and the inverse colourway on the other, owing to the jacquard technique used to weave it. Enveloping in size, it's been made in Italy from a smooth wool and silk-blend that has a subtle lustre.
