All carvings are original designs and craved by a master artist in Bali, Indonesia. The designer has included and recommends that alterations be completed by their states based repair shop located in the United States. If seeking alterations / repairs, this service is FREE of charge is sent from within the United States. If sent from outside of the U.S., we recommend that you personally coordinate your preferred shipping method to and from the repair location. Once received, a specialized jewelry craftsman will alter / repair your piece to your specifications. Please include a detailed note to the craftsman with your specifications or request. Including a return shipping label, if outside of the United States, is preferred in order to receive the service free of charge.
